The Kazakhstan Petroleum Coke Calcining Project is located in the Northern Industrial Free Economic Zone of Pavlodar City, the Republic of Kazakhstan. It is a national key project of Kazakhstan. The design capacity of the Project is 280,000-t/a calcined petroleum coke, and there are two calcining rotary kilns. The project feasibility study and design were started in 2012, the equipment supply and construction contract was officially signed and the Project was commenced in 2013. On December 16, 2015, the Project passed the completion acceptance organized by the State Inspection Commission and chaired by Nursultan ?bishuly Nazarbayev, the President of Kazakhstan. At present, the Project is in normal and stable production.
