NFC Vice President Qin Junman attended the China-Kazakhstan Production Capacity and Investment Cooperation Forum(PCICF) at the National Convention Centre and delivered keynote speech on Sept.16th. In his speech VP Qin Junman highlighted the gratifying achievements made by NFC since entering the Kazakh market in 2005, shared the successful experiences and practices in operating and investing in Kazakhstan and put forward a series of targeted suggestions, which aroused strong responses from the attendees.
Kazakhstan is where the “Belt and Road” initiative was first proposed. It is an important participant and a node country of Belt and Road. Since its entry into the Kazakstan market, NFC has made Kazakhstan a bridgehead for "going global" and international capacity cooperation. A number of exemplary projects were established by NFC, such as Kazakhstan aluminum smelter, Bozshakol copper concentration plant etc, with the total contract value of around 2 billion US dollars and the total tax contribution of 170 million US dollars, creating more than 6000 job opportunities for Kazakh people.
