On 8th of April, 2015, NFC participated in 2015 International Expo of Rare Earth Industry in Shanghai by invitation from Association of China Rare Earth Industry. This rare earth Expo is held to promote innovation initiated by market, further enhance R&D capabilities and international status, extend the industrial chain to encourage development at both upstream and downstream in tandem, as well as to transform the focus of economic development from rare earth resources exploitation to rare earth terminal application. Over 200 Chinese and overseas players in this industry attended the Expo, presenting the industrial achievement comprehensively.
 
NFC’s 108m2 booth themed with “Follow the Belt and Road Initiative, Build Community of Common Destiny ”, presenting NFC’s projects undertaken over the last 30 years, together with its contribution on exporting Chinese sophisticated non-ferrous metal technology and equipment which significantly promoted economic and social development along the “Belt and Road”  countries and regions. In the Expo, NFC impressed its peers, visitors from financial institutes and media with its image of turnkey solution provider on infrastructure and industrial projects, and won the award of “Best Booth Design” .

Over recent years, NFC has been keeping expending is rare earth business with stable strides on the basis of its Guangdong Zhujiang Rare Earth Company, proactively promoting “Southern Rare Earth 7000t/a plant” project to build the largest and most intensive demonstration plant with zero-emission in rare earth industry. Meanwhile, NFC joints hands with Jiangsu Yixing Xinwei Group, the largest southern rare earth enterprise in China, to build a comprehensive cooperation on overseas resource development, smelting and trade in rare earth industry.
