On March 27th, 2015, Chinese Premier Li Keqiang and his Kazakhstan counterpart, Karim Masimov, co-chaired the meeting of deepening the Sino-Kazakhstan capacity cooperation and witnessed the signing of 33 related documents, including the MOU and Construction Agreement of Kumysty Gold Concentrator signed by NFC president Wang Hongqian with CEOs of Dala Mining LLP and "Teriskey" LLP respectively. Representatives from related banks also signed financing MOUs with Kazakhstan owners for NFC’s other projects by this opportunity

Before the signing ceremony, Mr. Wang and NFC vice-president Qin Junman attended premier Masimov’s meeting with Chinese enterprises by invitation at Diaoyutai Hotel. As the  representative whose company has the most projects under the framework of Sino-Kazakhstan capacity cooperation, Mr. Wang introduced NFC’s development in Kazakhstan and promised that by further practicing the “One Belt, One Road” strategy as a large public Chinese company with CSOE background, NFC would continue to introduce  successful experience accumulated from its projects in other countries to Kazakhstan and spare no pains to make contribution for the Kazakhstan economic and social development. Besides, Mr. Wang also provided several pieces of related advice based on NFC’s experience of operation in Kazakhstan. Premier Masimov highly appraised NFC’s achievement and noted the advice, promising to fully support the business development of Chinese enterprises like NFC in his country.
