After the constructive first meeting at NFC's headquarters in 2010, Mr. Nikolay Dudov, Governor of Magadan Oblast (Russia) led his high governmental delegation to visit NFC again, meeting Mr. Ma Jinping, vice-president of NFC on 28th April, 2012.

Governor Dudov believed that NFC's capabilities on technology, commerce, EPC contracting, financing and investment, as well as the rich experience it has accumulated over more than 20 years of overseas project development are what Magadan Oblast need. As one of Russia's largest oblasts in far east region, Magadan Oblast has rich nonferrous metal resources over its vast territory, so the local government has taken numbers of measures to promote the nonferrous metal industry development. Governor Dudov expressed his confidence in the great and extended cooperation potential with NFC.
